The Fallstone Community is governed by the Fallstone Homeowners Association
(FHA), comprised of five members of the Board of Directors. Board
terms last three years. The Board functions
through designated committees and interested residents, all who act
on a volunteer basis. The FHA oversees the proper maintenance of the
community property, including landscaping, lawn care, trash collection,
and snow clearing and removal. The Board also controls the community
parking spaces to ensure that they are reserved primarily for residents’

Financed by monthly assessments, the Board deals with a budget of approximately
$159,000 per year. This money is used to pay for landscaping, lawn care,
property maintenance, etc., including appropriate reserves for depreciable
assets, including the streets, sidewalks, sewers, etc.
Each homeowner receives a book of coupons that should be used to pay
the assessment. Owners also have the option having their
monthly fees directly
