As a general rule, any change to the outside appearance of your home requires approval of the Architectural Control Committee. If you are planning to do any exterior modifications, including but not limited to, painting, trees and bushes, installing new exterior light fixtures, satellite dishes, decks and fences, you must apply for approval from the ACC. This includes putting up fences in your backyard, for which approval is required. Fences must conform to the community standards.

ACC forms can be obtained from the Quantum's office or by clicking here. Once you click, a new window will open with the ACC form, in Microsoft Word format. Please download the form, fill it out in as much detail as possible, obtain the necessary signatures, and submit it to the Fallstone Property Manager, Barbara Jensen.  It can be submitted via email by clicking here.  Changes made without approval are subject to change or removal and/or fines.

HOUSE PAINT COLORS: Please refer to the Fallstone Colors page for information related to the acceptable paint colors.

LIGHT FIXTURES: There were a number of questions regarding replacement of exterior lighting and which models were acceptable.  All lamps and door hardware must be brass in color and must be as close as possible to the original size.  For lamps next to the front door, the correct size is 19 inches. 

After much discussion, the Board and the ACC Committee approved the following model for homes that have push-out bay windows in the front of their homes:
